General Information Sheet in the Annual Financial Statements (Cloud)

What it is: A sheet in the AFS that displays the entity's registration details, directors, bankers, auditors, and other statutory information pulled automatically from the Client Setup.

What it's for

The General Information sheet presents all the company details a reader needs to identify the entity — registration number, registered address, nature of business, directors' details, and similar information. Because it pulls from Client Setup, most of the content appears automatically. However, some details may be duplicated or need to be adjusted for presentation purposes.

How to do it

Setting Up and Adjusting the General Information Sheet (DC078)

  1. The General Information sheet draws its content from whatever was entered in Client Setup — no re-entry is needed.
  2. Navigate to the ManInfo sheet within the AFS to manage what is presented.
  3. Review the content — some items may appear more than once, or the layout may need adjusting.
  4. To remove duplicated or unwanted items, either hide the relevant rows (using the row bullet toggles) or close the note grouping (click the grouping minus sign) so those items do not print.
